To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for all guests, visitors are expected to adhere to our resort house rules:

• Respect quiet hours and fellow guests at all times.
• Follow all posted safety rules around the infinity pool, view deck, and sports facilities (basketball, pickleball, archery, airsoft).
• Parents and guardians must supervise children around pool and sports areas.
• Help preserve our natural forest environment by disposing of waste properly.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies, rescheduling options, and deposit requirements will be clearly stated upon booking confirmation. Any modifications to stay dates are subject to availability and resort approval.

5. Limitation of Liability
